Is there a way to give more than 5 stars on here? Because Kendra truly deserves a solid 10 out of 5 stars for all of the work she did for us. We had quite a colorful turn of events in our journey of purchasing our dream home, but Kendra navigated us through every twist and turn thrown in a way that any other realtor would be hard-pressed to handle as efficiently and effectively as her. Even an anxiety-ridden worrywort like myself realized very early on that we were in extremely capable hands with Kendra. She’s playing 4D chess y’all! She was at least 20 steps ahead and prepared to handle whatever outcome. She cares fiercely for her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are taken care of. A simple paragraph cannot describe how grateful I am to her. I will continue to recommend her to my friends, family, and anyone who will listen if they are in need of a realtor! This review is way overdue, it’s an injustice to Kendra that it took me this long to write this. My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our home, so we found a realtor on Zillow and started the process of looking at houses. When this realtor rolled up in a Jeep Compass, I told my wife immediately this was a bad sign and we needed a realtor that drove an Audi. After being greeted by a very unprofessional and hung over realtor, we quickly fired her and moved on. We did some research, read many reviews, and that’s when we found Kendra. When meeting her for the first time, we pull into a neighborhood and there she is driving her Audi. It was definitely a sign that we were in good hands. Let me start by saying Kendra is exceptional. She is extremely professional, a genuine person, and outrageously smart and diligent. We decided that new construction was the only way we were going to get everything that we wanted. She set us up with the home builder, fought for us and helped us through every step of the way in the build. The builder gave us a very short window to sell, I believe it was 45 days, and in that time she had our home inspected, had necessary repairs taken care of (Sam, her handyman is exceptional as well), professionally photographed, listed and had numerous offers above asking price within 48hrs on the market. She made this process so smooth and so easy. I not only highly recommend Kendra, I have recommended her to others and will definitely use her if we ever decide to move again. You cannot go wrong with her. 5 stars doesn’t do her justice, she’s easily a 15.

There are not enough stars or kind words we can say about Kendra and her team. We could not have picked a worse time to buy OR have picked a better realtor! Kendra is simply amazing. We tried several times to put offers in on homes, only to be outbid! It was incredibly frustrating and I shed tears on more than one occasion . Kendra was so patient and reassuring at every twist and turn. We were ready to give up and continue renting for another year, but she gently cheered us on. Kendra was always positive that we would find a home. She was right! We found a beautiful home!! All was going well until literally THE DAY before our closing!! The builder for our new construction home tried to delay our close and change our contract (that’s a whole other story). Kendra was having no parts of that! Kendra and our wonderful mortgage broke were literally back and forth on the phone with the sales manager all day. They fought hard on our behalf and we closed ON TIME the next day. Kendra became so much more than just our realtor. She cares about our family and our well being and she will always be a friend to us. You need someone like Kendra who will work hard on your behalf and navigate this crazy market for you! Our family is forever grateful!

Ms. Kendra is super awesome! As a first time home buyer, Ms. Kendra and Ms. Mia were very patient answering ALL of my questions. I have been very lucky to have Ms. Kendra and Ms. Mia along the way. I did not know what to expect especially in the current market frenzy but Ms. Kendra made me feel at ease and made buying a house a breeze.

Kendra was great to work with! She helped us lease our house when we initially moved to SA, so we called her a couple months ahead of our wanting to buy just because the market is so crazy. She did a great job of being very straightforward with us and preparing us, helping us back into a purchase price that met our budget, and guiding us through that process so that we went under contract in 2 days! Then the appraisal process was rocky, so she was great at navigating that with us too and determining when to walk away if necessary. Fortunately it all worked out and we are really grateful for her help and insight!

Kendra is excellent. She is Very knowledgeable and responsive, she will walk you through step by step on any paperwork, and process for everything from showings, to the appraisal process and beyond.
